Which services / apps are you enjoying (1) for non-work (2) at work lately?
Mine are (1) Zones and (2) Vimcal / Notion. (Although I’m using Notion more for personal stuff lately.)
I have never - not once - negotiated a salary, and I don't believe this is a thing anyone should have to do.
Wealth taxes are good. Particularly knowing that trickle-down economics is a myth, taxing the dollars with the lowest marginal cost to help pay for societal infrastructure that benefits everybody seems like a perfectly valid thing for a community to do.
This #RareDiseaseDay, I want to acknowledge pulmonary fibrosis and dyskeratosis congenita, which have collectively followed my family in a profound way. May the next generation not have to experience this.
One thing I’m finding challenging about losing weight is separating the health reasons to do it - blood pressure, fitness, longevity - from the unhealthy body image reasons. I blame so many things on my own unattractiveness, and there’s a lot to unpack there. I’m trying.

What’s the most exciting thing about tech for you right now? For me it’s about re-decentralization - people moving to lots of different platforms, having their own websites and revenue streams, building their own mailing lists, etc. Refreshing.
