We do broad user research to avoid confirmation bias. And the best thing we ever did was add a feedback button to every screen.

@realdonaldtrump How much do I have to donate to get you at (1) my wedding? (2) someone else's wedding, hypothetically, for a "lark"?

@audreywatters They live in fantasy. If they're caught in a landslide I will be very, very upset. No escape from reality.

WWII is fading away from human first-hand memory, and it's important that we remember. So much that happened was evil.

@mapkyca Next January?

@jf That sounds excellent. I miss the smell of Oxford, where the scent of the old books under the streets wafts up through the drains.

@mapkyca @kevinmarks I want to test this at scale, basically, ruling out peoples' politics and other inclinations.

@derek5coms I think you're completely right: the main advantage is "free as in beer". I'm also learning that people trust it *less*.

@derek5coms @navybook Part of a larger (selfish) exploration of how libre software can be self-sustainable and support a growing company.

@c_losrun dirname(dirname(dirname(dirname(__YAY__))))

@derek5coms @navybook I believe in software freedom. I don't believe that most users know or care what it is. That's what I'm testing.
